Digital Marketing Manager Compensation:
Pay: $28–$32/hr
Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days
401(k) with company match available after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Digital Marketing Manager Highlights:
Contract assignment with potential to convert based on attendance/performance/business needs
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
Hybrid: Mon–Thurs on-site, Fridays remote
Starting September 2026: position will become 100% on-site
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research using SEO tools (SEMrush or similar)
Create SEO-driven outlines for blogs/product pages (structure, headings, intent, target keywords)
Coordinate with writers/agencies/internal teams and AI tools to move content through production
Manage content workflow from intake through publication; maintain pipeline/status tracking
Review/optimize draft content for SEO structure and target keyword alignment
Track and report content performance; call out what met expectations vs what didn’t
Support backlink outreach and strengthen internal linking
Optimize content for GEO/LLM visibility (answer-first sections, FAQs, structured formatting)
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
Familiar with SEO tools (SEMrush or similar)
Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent
Familiarity with GEO/AI search optimization concepts
Attendance mandatory first 90 days
Digital Marketing Manager Preferred Qualifications
Workfront (or similar project management platform)
Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
B2B / technical content environment experience
Technical writing (AI tools may assist)
GEO tools exposure (Athena, Gradial, or similar)
