Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, where you'll support marketing operations as a key link between creative, strategy, and production teams.
This contract position requires a proactive professional who excels in organization and thrives in fast-paced environments.
You'll be using project management technologies to ensure projects are organized and aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor project intake and prioritize marketing requests efficiently.
Coordinate with program managers to route work and manage tasks.
Track tasks from initiation to final approval and resolve workflow issues.
Communicate cross-functionally to prevent bottlenecks and maintain timelines.
Support monthly billing by tracking expenses and ensuring accurate budget coding.
Qualifications
Strong desire to learn marketing strategy and operations.
Ability to adapt and remain calm in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent collaborative and professional communication skills.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills and deadline management.
