Digital Marketing Consultant Job Summary
The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for artists, brands, or entertainment projects. This role drives audience engagement, growth, and digital consumption through data-informed strategies across multiple channels.

The position manages campaign execution across social media, digital advertising, web platforms, and CRM systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. The Manager also supports planning, reporting, and creative delivery to ensure effective and measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans for content releases, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across social media, digital advertising, websites, and CRM channels
  • Drive audience growth and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital networks
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing strategies and campaign goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with artists, talent representatives, influencers, and digital partners
  • Develop and implement content strategies to support brand storytelling and audience connection
  • Manage and update websites and digital properties to ensure current, relevant, and engaging content
  • Support CRM initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, to grow and engage audiences
  • Develop strategies for video distribution and optimization across long-form and short-form platforms
  • Coordinate promotional efforts with streaming platforms to increase visibility, followers, and consumption
  • Contribute to creative ideation and development of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, streaming services, and digital content ecosystems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with digital analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms

Education & Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in music, entertainment, or media industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Additional Information
  • Experience working with talent, creators, or brand representatives is a plus
  • Strong interest in digital media, music, and emerging technologies is beneficial
