Brief Job Overview
This is a non-supervisory position responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies, plans and tactics that drive correct adoption and implementation of USP standards, products and solutions and align with the Global Health and Manufacturing Services USP Education strategic plans and USP organizational goals. This role will lead creation and execution of integrated digital marketing calendars and campaigns targeted to Pharma and Biotech Industries, Universities, and Healthcare Organizations/Pharmacies to drive maximum enrollment and usage for USP Education programs, subscriptions, and content licensing. The position plays a critical role in the organization’s ability to increase program and product awareness, customer engagement and deliver KPIs that drive growth. The incumbent oversees development of creative, content and assets (video, white papers, graphics, images, copy, etc.) for targeted digital marketing channels including social, email, and web in collaboration with other digital marketing and global communications staff.
In addition, the position will be responsible for managing KPIs and lessons learned to maximize performance and implement best practices that ensure overall campaign effectiveness and impact. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated individual to join our team.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: USD $101,867.00 – $127,250.00 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate’s skill set, experience, qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons.
