What You'll Do:
As a Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will drive lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth. This role blends social media marketing, outbound prospecting (especially LinkedIn), content creation, CRM management, and KPI analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and sales outcomes.
Your Accountabilities in The Role:
- Plans and executes on social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to build brand awareness and company followers.
- Researches HR/Recruiting trends through AI and creates/executes blogs that align to our business strategy and market needs.
- Runs and optimizes paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement.
- Identifies and reaches out to target prospects via Linked in and other platforms to build on solid leads.
- Reaches out to network to "check in" and schedule appointments with the management team for referrals.
- Collaborates with leadership to refine ideal client profiles and messaging that will attract the right customers.
- Coordinates and sets appointments with leads and the management team to close the sale.
- Reviews and provides KPI updates and suggestions to management to increase market attraction.
- Analyzes and follows up with CRM prospect lists to bring more prospects to appointments.
- Learns industry/client needs to continually follow up with prospects on material/case studies related to their industry or needs to build HRC credibility in the market.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Social Media/Digital Marketing, or equivalent with course study and experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of digital marketing, social media, and business development preferred.
- Functional Skills: High attention to detail, analyzing, and executing on results-oriented marketing and business development reach outs. Strong ability to research, plan, organize, prioritize, and execute work that is consistent, professional, and accurate; strong basic math skills and advanced problem-solving skills; highly process-oriented; ability to move from project to project well.
- Technological Aptitude/Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PPT, Excel & Word) and CRM database management.
- Communication Skills:Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Able to reach out to prospects, network, etc. to set up appointments or calls with the HRC team.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Customer-focused to understand and respond to industry or requested needs with solid information to attract leads; strong initiative and sense of urgency to work independently in a high-quality way, data-focused yet also good with people, collaborative and intuitive to figure things out or come with suggestions and enhancements. Takes ownership in their role to do an excellent job day after day with a focus on building a prospect list to build sales.

Other Important Information:
Position Status & Pay: $20 - $30.00 per hour plus commissions on sales leads! Pay is commensurate with proven expertise, initiative, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a highly organized, effective, and positive way.

Reports To: CEO
Core Schedule: Monday through Friday; part-time or full-time position at 30 – 40 hours a week
Core Business Hours: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm for the business and customer outreach; person can work their hours within this time range.
