Leads deployment of digital manufacturing solutions across North American plants translating strategy into shop floor execution. Drives measurable improvements in SQDCS aligned to Stellantis Industrial System SIS principles and embeds data-driven decision-making into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of IIoT analytics, AI, ML, and connected worker solutions
- Manage cross-plant project portfolio: deliver on time, on budget with clear KPIs
- Integrate digital tools into Shop Floor Management (SFM), OPE, and daily management systems
- Enable real-time performance visibility and predictive capabilities
- Lead cross-functional alignment: operations, IT, engineering
- Drive adoption, training, and sustainable standardization
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- 4+ years in manufacturing and/or digital manufacturing
- Strong project management in complex environments
- Deep understanding of automotive operations and Lean/TPS/SIS
