Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr + Monthly Incentives (Approx. $12,000–$18,000 annually)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Hybrid Schedule: Eligible after 6 months of successful in-office training (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Duties:
• Build Customer Relationships: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while identifying customers' financial needs and recommending the best lending solutions.
• Drive Loan Sales: Guide customers through the loan application process while presenting loan products and personalized financial solutions.
• Provide Consultative Service: Educate customers on loan products, rates, terms, and lending options with confidence and professionalism.
• Generate New Business: Qualify leads by asking strategic questions, uncovering opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Partner with underwriting, processing, and internal teams to ensure a smooth lending process while maintaining compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Achieve Performance Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales, service, and quality metrics while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center, banking, financial services, or lending sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of consumer loan products and lending processes.
• Proven success in a sales-focused, goal-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain financial products clearly.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales software.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
