Supports the development and management of Information Technology systems or services; Assists business unit implementation of such systems and services. This role has direct reports.
Implements and maintains I/T systems and services
Maintains these systems and services to be efficient and effective
Creates standards for I/T systems and services to provide flexibility and maintainability
Provides training materials and education to users of these systems
Provides information to be used to promote the understanding and benefit of technology systems
Identifies deficiencies in I/T systems and recommends solutions/improvements
Provides information to management identifying personnel, hardware and software needs to provide appropriate levels of systems and services within the corporation
This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:
Application Programming
Software Support
Database Administration
PC Support
LAN/WAN Support
Help Desk
Engineering Systems
IT Security
Business Systems (MSS, AMAPS or Order Management)
Typically manages a small team of IT professionals
For small team will recruit, train, and develop IT staff
Qualifications:
University Degree (or international equivalent), Advance Degree Preferred
Minimum Experience - 6 to 8+ Years
