Your impact

• Set up and run a servo-driven narrow web Flexographic Digital Hybrid Press to deliver premium prime labels
• Execute flexographic printing and die-cutting with precision to meet exacting specifications
• Validate substrate, ink, and tooling compatibility before every run
• Optimize ink distribution, press speed, and drying chamber temperatures for consistent quality
• Troubleshoot quickly to reduce downtime and material waste
• Perform routine maintenance: oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with servo-driven narrow web presses such as Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or equivalent (experience required)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under deadlines
• Quality-first mindset and continuous improvement approach
• Physical capability to lift, stand, and work at the press throughout the shift
• Team orientation and clear communication skills

Tools, tech, and proficiencies

• Primary platform: Flexographic printing press (narrow web, servo-driven)
• Competencies: Machine setups for production runs; digital printing

Schedule & hiring bonus

Night shift hours: 4:30pm–6:00am. $1,500 hiring bonus (50% at hire, 50% after 90 days).
