8.Roles & Responsibilities
Provide application screen walkthrough to product owners and gather their feedback to address it
Participate Integration Testing, UAT Testing, Defect Triaging, Production Implementation and Post Production activities
Participate & provide Deployment Support and Production Validation of release projects. Work on the emergency issues identified for the projects
Execute batch jobs and provide support to other upstream and downstream systems
Do estimation and scoping of Project Features, User stories and Defects
Act as a key liaison between our client and our offshore software development team in India
