As Digital Designer, you'll help shape that research into actual concepts, working alongside strategists on client insights and turning them into interfaces people want to use. This isn't a production-only seat. You'll be in strategy conversations from the start.
What you'll do:
- Design responsive websites and digital experiences grounded in audience research
- Build and evolve visual brand systems, including logo and identity work
- Present concepts directly to clients and defend your design decisions
- Mentor junior designers as the team grows
- Collaborate with writers and strategists on creative concepts, including new business pitches
What you bring:
- 2-5 years in UX/web design, less if the portfolio proves you can do the job
- A portfolio with a range of styles, not one look repeated
- Comfort designing for mobile and responsive web
- Experience building brand systems, not just working inside someone else's
- A second strength beyond web design, illustration, typography, motion, or front-end code
