POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for curating, organizing, and optimizing digital content across web, mobile, and other platforms to ensure a high-quality, consistent user experience. The Digital Content Specialist analyzes content needs and performance data, tracks key metrics, and applies best practices to improve content effectiveness and inform content strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Curates and manages digital content across web, mobile, and other digital platforms to support business and customer needs
- Researches, coordinates, edits, and integrates content from writers, designers, and other contributors
- Produces and assembles layouts that align with established brand, style, and accessibility guidelines
- Organizes content in a clear, intuitive way that is most useful and relevant for target audiences
- Performs website editorial activities to ensure content is accurate, high quality, up-to-date, and consistent
- Analyzes content needs and reviews content consumption data to optimize performance and user engagement
- Identifies, tracks, and reports on key metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts
- Stays current on industry best practices, digital trends, and emerging content standards
- Makes recommendations to improve content strategy, structure, and delivery
- Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and other stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience with digital content management, editorial workflows, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
