Job Description:
The Design team is seeking a Digital Content Producer to create, manage, and optimize content across social, web, and internal learning platforms. This role blends hands-on content production, platform management, and learning-experience design to position Design as an industry leader and attract world-class design talent. Reports into ADX's External Reputation function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and produce digital content (posts, graphics, short-form video, carousels, infographics) on a weekly publishing cadence
  • Capture and edit quick-turn video from events, leadership spotlights, and team activities; adapt long-form content into platform-optimized formats
  • Manage social channels end-to-end: publishing, content calendars, community engagement, audience growth, and agency coordination
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, impressions) and report to senior leadership
  • Format and publish learning content in LMS/portals — structuring modules, lessons, and pathways using instructional design principles
  • Create and maintain templates; translate SME content into clear, navigable learning formats
  • Ensure WCAG accessibility (heading hierarchy, alt text, color contrast, screen reader compatibility) and apply HTML/CSS for portal formatting
  • Partner with content strategists to align output with brand and thought leadership goals; test and iterate on formats to improve performance

Summary:
  • Understand content platforms, agendas, CMS systems, how to get performance ratings, click-throughs, create communication to go out to the community, and make it live
  • Organize content into a hub, L&D, and learning work streams
  • Create and maintain SOPs

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years in digital content production or social media management
  • Portfolio of produced content across multiple formats
  • Experience managing brand social accounts (particularly LinkedIn) and using social scheduling platforms
  • Proficiency with content creation tools, video editing software, and content authoring tools
  • Experience with CMS, DAM, and LMS platforms
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and HTML/CSS basics
  • Understanding of instructional design principles
  • Strong copywriting, editorial judgment, and data-driven optimization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience in design, technology, or employer brand environments
  • SEO principles for social and web content
  • AI-powered content tools
  • Agency/vendor coordination experience
  • Experience building content programs from scratch or scaling early-stage channels
  • Portfolio showing measurable growth (follower growth %, engagement improvements, learning completion rates)

Experience/Background:
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Previous Digital Content Creation experience
