Digital Communications Specialist

OneKey MLS is looking for a Digital Communications Specialist that will help amplify the OneKey MLS brand through various channels such as consumers, potential subscribers, partners, vendors, and existing subscribers across the greater NY metropolitan area.
This role will support the customer engagement team, company, and brand. The ideal candidate for this newly created role will have a passion for storytelling, increasing audience engagement, and ensuring alignment with the vision of OneKey MLS, our brand, and business strategy.
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is an exempt, full-time position.
Essential Duties
• Act as a brand advocate reflect the OneKey MLS Vision, Values, and brand content.
• Collaborate with CE team and other departments to develop, align, and execute marketing and communication campaigns that bring the OneKey story to life.
• Write copy aligned with our brand guidelines for various communication channels to ensure prompt, clear, and consistent messaging.
• Execute multi-prong communication campaigns across email, newsletter, presentations, internal comm channels, website, and more.
• Create compelling and inspiring graphics, video, and other multi-media content.
• Promote customer onboarding and retention through production and dissemination of customer-focused content.
• Have a foundational impact in the growth and development of the digital communications program.
• Establish and maintain a working knowledge of our catalog of materials and assist in keeping libraries current, relevant, and user focused.
• Setting up, monitoring, and providing regular reporting to better inform future efforts.
• Produce clear and consistent communication with customers both externally and internal.
• Maintain a feedback loop to boost internal understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
• Identify and engage with key personas and stakeholders.
• Moderate closed social media groups.
• Engage in active listening to stay abreast of timely conversations, events, and brand activations to implement into our efforts.
• Develop systems and approaches for measuring performance of content and campaigns (product adoption, customer engagement, etc) and bring visibility across the organization to the work.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience creating digital multi-media marketing and communications content, ideally working within a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated success in building and delivering marketing and communications content that engages, educates, and delivers results against pre-defined measurement criteria.
• Strong writing skills
• Well-developed sense of design.
• Knowledge of engagement plans and strategies.
• Ability to work within deadlines with multi-tasking skills.
• Comfort and agility working with technology
• The ability to execute cross-functionally on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work individually and remotely and to collaborate within a team environment to achieve your goals.
• Must be comfortable collaborating across departments.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date on new and developing technologies and solutions.
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
• Cultural competency in content creation and communication.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Canva or other design platforms.
• Experience with SendGrid/Twilio or other email/text platforms.
• Experience with Monday.com or other project management platforms.
• Experience with website creation/maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience in real estate technology or real estate professional realm.
• Preferably residing in the Eastern Time Zone.
