Primary Function: Maintain and/or coordinate digital channels and core to ensure consistent delivery of Credit Union products and services in a professional, accurate and knowledgeable manner. To assist in developing, maintaining, and/or coordinating digital services to ensure consistent delivery of Credit Union products and services.

Job Qualifications: (Ability)
1. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the Credit Union is a professional financial institution
3. Ability to prioritize duties as to devote attention to protecting the interests of the Credit Union and provide a quality service to its membership.
4. Ability to effectively review documents.
5. Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
6. Ability to perform necessary computer related input.
Job Qualifications: (Education/Experience)
1. Requires high school level of language, math and reasoning skills.
2. Minimum of 6 months sales and customer service experience.
