What's the Job?
Lead and managemedium‑to‑large, cross‑functional technology programsfocused on business transformation and measurable value realization
Partner with business and technology leaders to defineoutcomes‑based program roadmaps, scope, requirements, and success metrics
Coordinate delivery across software development, business owners, security teams, data teams, and external partners
Ensure programs are deliveredon time, within scope and budget, with clearly communicated milestones and dependencies
Measure and report on program performance, manage change control, and maintain comprehensive program documentation
What's Needed?
8+ yearsof experience managing large‑scale technology programs with ownership across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP certification required
Experience leadingAI, GenAI, and Agentic AI‑driven initiatives, including multi‑year transformation programs
Strong working knowledge ofAgile and Waterfall methodologiesand program management tools such asJIRA
