As a Digital Business Program Manager, you will be part of theDigital Technology&Transformation organization, supportingcross‑functional business, technology, data, and security teams. The ideal candidate will havestrong leadership skills,executive‑level communication, andstrategic problem‑solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Onsite in Waukesha, WI

Pay Range:65-70 per hour w2

What's the Job?

  • Lead and managemedium‑to‑large, cross‑functional technology programsfocused on business transformation and measurable value realization
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to defineoutcomes‑based program roadmaps, scope, requirements, and success metrics
  • Coordinate delivery across software development, business owners, security teams, data teams, and external partners
  • Ensure programs are deliveredon time, within scope and budget, with clearly communicated milestones and dependencies
  • Measure and report on program performance, manage change control, and maintain comprehensive program documentation

What's Needed?

  • 8+ yearsof experience managing large‑scale technology programs with ownership across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP certification required
  • Experience leadingAI, GenAI, and Agentic AI‑driven initiatives, including multi‑year transformation programs
  • Strong working knowledge ofAgile and Waterfall methodologiesand program management tools such asJIRA
