Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital and Automation Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in customer success management, with a strong background in radiology and/or cardiology. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring their success with our digital and automation solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements.
- Create and deliver presentations, training sessions, and documentation to educate customers on best practices and new features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in radiology and cardiology to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology).
- Minimum of five years of experience in customer success management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of radiology and/or cardiology workflows and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

The base pay range for this position is:
$125,920 - $173,140
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
