Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Agility Coach / Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation initiatives and drive Lean-Agile excellence across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with extensive experience coaching Agile teams, facilitating SAFe ceremonies, optimizing delivery flow, and enabling organizational agility within large-scale enterprise environments.
This role requires expertise in SAFe 6.0, Scrum, Kanban, Agile coaching, Jira ecosystem tools, and enterprise Agile delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with Agile teams, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and business stakeholders to build high-performing teams, improve delivery predictability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Coaching & Team Development
  • Coach Agile teams to achieve high performance, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members in Lean-Agile principles, servant leadership, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and help teams develop T-shaped skills.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
SAFe Implementation & Agile Delivery
  • Facilitate all Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, PI Planning, Innovation & Planning (IP) Iterations, and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops.
  • Ensure Agile teams are aligned with Agile Release Train (ART) objectives and cadence.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate collaboration across multiple Agile teams.
  • Support Release on Demand by improving Agile execution and delivery predictability.
Flow Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and manage Kanban boards to visualize workflow and optimize work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Monitor Agile metrics, flow metrics, team health, velocity, OKRs, and delivery performance.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase team productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban best practices.
Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and maximize business value.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, story estimation, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Provide transparent reporting using Agile dashboards, information radiators, and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and enterprise Agile communities.
Enterprise Agile Transformation
  • Support enterprise-wide Agile adoption across business and technology organizations.
  • Coach non-Agile teams and stakeholders during Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Communities of Practice (CoPs).
  • Champion Agile governance, Lean thinking, and organizational change management.
Leadership & Servant Leadership
  • Remove organizational impediments impacting Agile delivery.
  • Foster psychological safety, trust, collaboration, and team empowerment.
  • Influence without authority while driving alignment across multiple business functions.
  • Promote servant leadership principles throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Team Coach within a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Active SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification (Mandatory).
  • Strong experience implementing SAFe, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban frameworks.

  • Proven ability to coach multiple Agile teams and facilitate enterprise Agile transformation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
