Job Summary:
This role focuses on increasing the use of digital patient tools by providing direct support and training to frontline staff. You will work closely with operational leaders and the Digital Adoption Team to integrate these tools into daily workflows and boost patient engagement. Your primary function will be to act as an on-site expert, offering real-time guidance and identifying opportunities for adoption improvement.Key Responsibilities:
- Offer direct coaching to staff on digital tools.
- Promote MyChart adoption during patient interactions.
- Observe workflows for adoption challenges.
- Assist staff in integrating digital tools into their routines.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in MyChart.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different user needs.
Healthcare operational experience is preferred for this role.
