Job Description:

Responsible for nutritional care and follow up of patients and communicating information appropriately to other health professionals. Requires excellent customer service skills, a self –starter, and a positive attitude.

Education:
Required: None
Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
Preferred: education in nutrition and dietetics


Experience:
Prefer experience in nutrition and dietetics

Skills:
Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
Able to move quickly
Able to stand for long periods of time
Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and concise phone etiquette
