This leadership role is responsible for ensuring residents receive nutritious, appetizing meals while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.

Grand Junction, Colorado
Salary Equivalent: $52,000 - $62,400 per year DOE
(Full-Time Salaried Position)
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
ServSafe Certification preferred or ability to obtain
Previous supervisory experience in healthcare dietary services, long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or food service management
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition principles
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
