    We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing dietary operations in a healthcare facility. The candidate should be a Certified Dietary Manager (or willing to obtain the certification) with a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements for patients.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the dietary operations of the facility
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
    • Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and guidelines
    • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
    • Supervise and train dietary staff
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary programs
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met
    Requirements:
    • Certified Dietary Manager or willing to obtain certification within 1 year of employment
    • Experience in managing dietary operations in a healthcare facility
    • Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements for residents
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
