The primary purpose of the Dietary Cook/Aide is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations, under established facility policies and procedures, as directed by the Director of Food Services, to ensure that quality food service/preparation is provided. Other duties as requested.
