Dietary Aide

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a global leader in food service and facilities management, supporting a world-class hospital in Medina, OH to hire Dietary Aides.  We are hiring all shifts with a pay rate of $15/hour.  This role focuses on supporting patient care by ensuring accurate preparation and delivery of meals, maintaining cleanliness in dietary areas, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to health and safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Wash dishes, sanitize kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness in all dietary areas 
• Prepare and assemble patient meal trays according to physician-prescribed dietary requirements 
• Deliver trays accurately and ensure patients receive the correct meals 
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed 
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients and staff 

Required Qualifications:

• Pass Drug Screen and background check 
• Willing to Obtain a 1 step TB test and flu shot as part of onboarding process 
• 2 forms of identification 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment 
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Prior experience in food service, kitchen, restaurant, or dietary environments is preferred

Roles Available:

• Full-Time & Part-Time Dishwashers: 12:30 PM - 9 PM; Every other weekend
• Full-Time Utility Dishwasher/Receiver: Varied shifts (AM & PM); Every other weekend
• FSW Trayline: 2:30 PM - 7 PM; Every other weekend
