Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Diesel BusTruck Automotive Technician. The Diesel Auto Tech performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. The position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative and performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our quality standards. Minimal customer interaction involved.

We offer hourly pay - we are not a flat rate shop get paid for the time you work. Total pay for this role is $36.00 per hour for Diesel Bus Auto Tech with 5 years of experience and 4 ASE certifications OR Diesel Bus Auto Tech with 5 years of experience and 1 OEM bus/diesel certification. With 12 months to complete 4 Diesel ASE certifications to maintain being a Diesel Bus Auto Tech. We will pay for this training/testing while working for us. In addition, you can earn $2.00 per hour for each additional Truck ASE certification. $5.00 per hour more working both Saturday and Sunday. $500 tool allowance every year. Yearly merit increases based on performance.

Plus Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Responsibilities
----------------
- Ensure that all warranty and mechanical repairs are completed according to the manufacturers specifications and guidelines.
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs.
- Perform routine and annual DOT required repairs and inspections.
- Read and interpret diagnostic test results often by using dials, gauges, and other computer equipment.
- Raise trucks, buses, and heavy parts or equipment by using hydraulic jacks or hoists.
- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles.
- Do routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts.
- Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and parts used during the repair.
- Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
- Utilize multiple manufacturers websites, software, and diagnostic tools.
- May process new fleet LOFR tires, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs.
- Participate in company and manufacturer-approved training or other industry-related training.
- Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards.
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a current and valid drivers license.
- CDL preferred with passenger and air brake endorsements.
- Minimum of five years of mechanical experience working on buses or medium-duty trucks.
- Ability to operate manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
- Certifications required:
- 4 Truck ASE Certifications OR 1 OEM bus certification training required with the commitment to complete 4 Truck ASEs within 12 months.
- PA State Inspection license required within the first 90 days of employment.
- Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
- Subject to a pre-employment drug test and if hired may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to work one of the following schedules:

We are subject to certain Department of Transportation Regulations. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiners certificate or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination. No moonlighting is allowed; no other paid employment allowed.
