Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing diesel parts for various engine models.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of diesel parts and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, both in-store and online.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to minimize discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Truckdiesel parts sales.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and associated parts- especially turbos, injectors and engines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
