Benore Logistic Systems is seeking an experienced and highly organized Parts Manager to oversee our maintenance inventory and ensure efficient operations 24/7. This critical role will manage the entire parts lifecycle, from ordering to allocation, warranty tracking, and inventory optimization. Responsibilities include: <\/span>

Strategically manage maintenance parts inventory across multiple locations to maximize efficiency and cost -savings<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Analyze part usage data and implement inventory level adjustments to minimize excess stock and shortages<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Oversee cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain exceptional inventory accuracy<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety policies<\/span>

Spearhead process improvements by identifying optimization opportunities through data analysis<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications include: <\/span> <\/span> <\/b>

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • 5+ years of purchasing experience in maintenance/fleet operations<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • 5+ years using TMW, TMT or similar high -level maintenance management systems<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information professionally<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a hands -on management role<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Working knowledge of quality programs such as ISO 9001<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in management, transportation or a related field is preferred.  Three or more year’s experience in supervisory or maintenance management and eight or more years fleet vehicle maintenanceis  required.   Demonstrated experience  with  equipment coordination  and  vehicle service writing is required.  Must possess strong maintenance knowledge of vehicle computer systems.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
