Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and related systems in a mobile setting.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations and work flexible hours.
