What Youll Do
- Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
- Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Monitor patient competency ensuring safe at-home treatment
- Provide ongoing support and reinforce training with patients
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuous care
- Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
- Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings per day
What You Need
Required:- Active RN license in Texas
- Recent dialysis experience
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules
Preferred:- Home health or chronic care experience
