Additionally, the role involves communicating with diagnostic authors to collaborate on corrective actions.Qualifications (Skills & Experiences & Education)Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum years of experience neededMinimum 5 years Diagnostic Support experienceEducation Required:AAS or BS degree in Automotive technology or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years experience developing, using, validating vehicle diagnostic applications Preferred Experience evaluating or developing vehicle drivability or electrical diagnostic procedures for dealership use Knowledge of OEM diagnostic systems, and diagnostic tool platforms Understanding of vehicle communications protocols (CAN FD, DOIP etc.)Desired:**/Audi technical familiarity and dealership experience.
