Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of diagnostic support experience.
AAS or BS degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience.
Experience in developing, using, and validating vehicle diagnostic applications.
Knowledge of OEM diagnostic systems and tool platforms.
Understanding of vehicle communications protocols (CAN FD, DOIP, etc.).
Expert written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferences
Volkswagen/Audi technical familiarity and dealership experience.
ASE certified or willingness to become and maintain ASE Master Certification in categories A1-A8.
Bachelor's degree in Automotive field or equivalent work experience.
German language skills.
