Diagnostic Clinic Technician - Cardiology - Flexi

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, Flexi

Location: Boshell Building, Cardiology

Under general supervision, to assist the reading provider and assist radiology technologist by preparing the patients and stocking the rooms. May be requested to perform scheduling functions to assist in the operation of the department to include: answering telephones received by the radiology call center from clinics and outside referring physicians; perform appointment reminder calls; reschedule patients due to equipment malfunction or actively obtain pre-certifications upon request. To consistently demonstrate outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, physicians and staff.
