- Assist the teacher in implementing daily lessons, routines, and activities.
- Work with preschool-age children individually and in small groups.
- Support students in social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Assist with some diaper changing and toileting as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Follow the lead and direction of the teacher.
- Communicate positively with students, staff and families
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs.
