Your Role: Training & Compliance Specialist
Step into a dynamic role where you'll shape the success of our teams and ensure excellence in care delivery.
In this role, you will: Lead engaging new hire orientations and annual trainings
Ensure training compliance and documentation accuracy
Maintain and update required certifications
Provide hands-on support, coaching, and follow-up training
Track and report attendance and participation
Coordinate training schedules, space, and equipment
