Description

  • Lead the redevelopment of six sizable affordable housing properties in Pittsburgh
  • Manage LIHTC redevelopment projects from planning through execution
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, reporting, and asset performance
  • Partner with development, construction, asset management, property management, and compliance teams
  • Support preservation, redevelopment, lease-up, and stabilization efforts
  • Monitor financial performance, occupancy, compliance, and operational needs
  • Travel to project sites as needed, with per diem and car allowance provided
  • Drive project execution while identifying risks, solutions, and value-add opportunities

Profile

A successful Development Project Manager / Asset Manager should have:

  • Must have affordable housing experience
  • LIHTC experience is required
  • Experience in development project management, asset management, or affordable housing redevelopment
  • Comfortable managing large-scale redevelopment or preservation projects
  • Ability to review budgets, timelines, financials, occupancy, and project performance
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to Pittsburgh project sites as needed
