Development & Outreach Specialist Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with potential donors and community members through face-to-face outreach and presentations.
• Represent charitable partners in public settings, sharing their mission and inspiring supporters to take action.
• Promote fundraising products and events that drive awareness and participation.
• Collaborate with the campaign team to reach and exceed fundraising goals.
• Maintain accurate donor and event data using internal systems.
• Contribute ideas to enhance community engagement strategies.
• Support event coordination and on-site logistics for charitable initiatives.
• Serve as an ambassador of compassion, professionalism, and purpose alongside your fellow Outreach Coordinators.
