Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in quality functions, familiarity with continuous improvement tools, and proficiency with PC-based systems. Supervisory experience, knowledge of engine assembly/test operations, and experience with gas turbines or calibration systems are preferred.
