Supervise Hourly Inspectors in engine assembly on 2nd shift, lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include work allocation, team leadership, daily meetings, performance feedback, administrative tasks, and ensuring policy compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years, background in quality functions, proficiency with PC systems, and knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
Preferred: supervisory experience with a bargaining unit, familiarity with engine testing and inspection systems.
Role offers salary range of $86,800–$165,200, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and incentives.
