Summary:
- Oversees the activities and systems that support the overall development effort including gift processing, database management, donor information and data analysis, communications and vendor relationships.
- Responsible for all aspects of donor and patient information management.
- Organizes, extracts and analyzes donor and patient data for multiple activities, orchestrates donor stewardship activities including gift processing and acknowledgment, and oversees the IT function and equipment.
- Has responsibility for quality control and data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develops policies, procedures and system documentation. Serves as liaison to and relationship manager for vendors and other departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years - Database Management; Or - 5 years - Information Systems; Or - 10 years - Related experience in lieu of Bachelors.
- Salesforce experience
