Development Manager - Multifamily & Mixed-UseThe Development Manager will report into the Senior Vice President of Development and play a key role in delivering a pipeline of multifamily and mixed-use developments from acquisition through to disposition.Lead feasibility analysis and development execution across complex residential and mixed-use projectsConduct detailed market research including rental trends, supply pipelines, and comparable asset analysisPerform financial underwriting and scenario modelling to assess investment viabilityManage zoning, entitlements, and permitting processes to ensure projects are development-readyOversee due diligence activities including environmental, geotechnical, and cost validation assessmentsCollaborate with internal design, construction, and capital markets teams to deliver projects on time and on budgetBuild and manage relationships with municipalities, consultants, investors, and external stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
