We are seeking a full-time Development Manager to oversee single-family/master planned communities at our Erie, CO location.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of development from due diligence, permitting, and design coordination to construction, budgeting, and community engagement. The role involves collaborating with contractors, engineers, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 7+ years of leadership experience in real estate management, and proficiency in land use planning, construction practices, and project management tools. Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of environmental regulations are essential.
