Position Description:
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Men's Basketball Liaison
Main point of contact between MBB and RRC
Coordinate Basketball donor travel/ticketing
Stewardship/gifts
Football Donor Travel
Coordinate donors traveling to football away games
AD/Donor suite catering for away games
Ticket Assistant for Major Gift Officers
Procurement/Purchasing
RRC Events and Game Day Operations
Assist with any event needs
Coordinate student workers and additional help as needed
Oversight of specific premium area, as assigned, on gameday
Prospect Management
Assist in managing monthly development officer reports, including but not limited to proposal pipeline, contact reports, PM003, and date of last contact.
Support management of major gift portfolios, including assignment adjustments to effectively move donors and prospects through the development cycle.
Assist with fulfilling special list requests from the ARM database.
Track Master Prospecting data by sport, region, and giving segment, along with all development officer activity.
Monitor and record all gifts using monthly MC financial reports.
Manage contact reports by:
Entering Senior Associate AD contact reports monthly
Recording all event-related contact reports
Entering group meeting contact reports as directed
Documenting follow-up plans in SharePoint from small group meetings
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sports management, communications, marketing, business administration, public relations, higher education, or a related field.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in athletics development, fundraising, donor relations, ticket operations, customer service, sales, or a related field.
Experience working in collegiate athletics, higher education, nonprofit development, or membership-based organizations preferred.
Experience with donor management or CRM systems.
