Job Title: Vice President, Project Management
Location: 4840 Pearl East Circle, Boulder, CO 80301
Salary: $195,000.00 per year
Duties: Ability to lead and manage others in producing high quality technical and professional deliverables on projects and proposals. Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects. Direct, review, or approve project design changes. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. Prepare budgets, bids, or contracts. Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients. Confer with management, production, or marketing staff to discuss project specifications or procedures. Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, or market demand. Review, recommend, or approve contracts or cost estimates. Direct recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architecture or engineering project staff. Perform administrative functions, such as reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, or purchasing of materials or services. Plan or direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, or repair of facilities or equipment. Plan, direct, or coordinate survey work with other project activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalency) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, plus five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager or related role. Experience must include: Oversaw design aspects of renewable construction projects including wind project sites. Oversaw and completed engineering design, scope management, budget tracking and forecasts, change management, schedule management, and quality of construction for renewable energy projects including wind project sites. Developed and managed a team of field engineers on renewable energy projects.
