The Development & Asset Management Associate will support property acquisitions, asset management and development projects within the real estate industry biased in affordable housing development. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of real estate processes and property management principles.

Description
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify potential property acquisition opportunities.
- Support the due diligence process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate property development projects.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure objectives are met.
- Analyze property performance metrics and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, brokers, and other stakeholders in the property sector.
- Prepare reports and updates on project progress for senior management.
- Support and drive asset management in a dual role.

A successful Development & Asset Management Associate should have:
- A wealth of asset management, acquisitions and overall development experinece ideally within residential affordable houising and community development.
- A strong background in property development and acquisitions within the professional services industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed market research and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for property management and financial modeling.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and collaborate with stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Job Offer
