Development Analyst About the Role This role focuses on the front end of the development and acquisition process, including market research, site selection, underwriting, strategy, and due diligence through closing and groundbreaking. The Development Analyst will work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to deal structuring, public finance, and broader real estate development strategy from day one.
