Kforce has a client in Okemos, MI that is seeking an experienced Developer Quadient to support enterprise-level customer communications initiatives. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of document generation workflows within a modern Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform. The position plays a key role in template architecture, system configuration, and migration efforts from legacy document platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement complex document and mail generation workflows within a CCM platform. • Build new document templates and perform enhancements or modifications to existing templates. • Configure and manage master workflows supporting template design and interactive document generation. • Optimize and review templates to ensure proper configuration, performance, and scalability. • Support migration of forms and document assets from legacy systems to the CCM platform. • Configure applications and workflows in alignment with enterprise architecture standards. • Provide guidance on environment setup, tool configuration, and scalability best practices. • Participate in testing platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations. • Maintain current knowledge of document design standards, user experience trends, and industry best practices.
