Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Pleasanton, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will develop and support .NET-based healthcare applications and interoperability solutions to enable secure exchange of clinical and administrative data.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain .NET-based healthcare applications and FHIR/HL7 integrations to support secure clinical and administrative data exchange.

  • Design, build, and support RESTful APIs for seamless integration with EHR systems and external healthcare platforms.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions supporting CMS Grievances, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare security standards, and data privacy regulations across all applications and integrations.

  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization while supporting CI/CD processes.

  • Participate in system design, technical documentation, and healthcare data transformation activities using FHIR, HL7, JSON, and XML standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6-8 years of experience in healthcare application development, healthcare interoperability, or healthcare technology solutions.

  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, FHIR (R4/R5), HL7, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and healthcare data integration.

  • Proven knowledge of Healthcare CMS Grievances, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) processes, HIPAA compliance, EHR integrations, and healthcare workflows.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $54.00 per hour
