Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Pleasanton, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will develop and support .NET-based healthcare applications and interoperability solutions to enable secure exchange of clinical and administrative data.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain .NET-based healthcare applications and FHIR/HL7 integrations to support secure clinical and administrative data exchange.
Design, build, and support RESTful APIs for seamless integration with EHR systems and external healthcare platforms.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions supporting CMS Grievances, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare security standards, and data privacy regulations across all applications and integrations.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization while supporting CI/CD processes.
Participate in system design, technical documentation, and healthcare data transformation activities using FHIR, HL7, JSON, and XML standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in healthcare application development, healthcare interoperability, or healthcare technology solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, FHIR (R4/R5), HL7, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and healthcare data integration.
Proven knowledge of Healthcare CMS Grievances, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) processes, HIPAA compliance, EHR integrations, and healthcare workflows.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $54.00 per hour
