Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks while driving quality across web applications.
Rate Range: $34/Hour to $37/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and JavaScript-based tools.
Build and enhance automation frameworks, driving continuous improvements in testing processes.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable releases.
Execute and maintain automated test suites, analyzing results and reporting defects.
Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices and framework usage.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, scalable test automation solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in test automation or quality engineering roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright and JavaScript-based automation frameworks, including building and enhancing test frameworks.
Proven experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, mentoring teams, and driving process improvements in Agile environments.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
