Akkodis is seeking a Developer-Full Stack Senior for a Contract with a client in Mclean, VA. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in refactoring systems and supporting production runs while developing high-quality, efficient forecasting solutions.
Rate Range: $75/Hour to $80/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer-Full Stack Senior Job Responsibilities include:
Refactor and modernize existing application components to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Develop and enhance forecasting engine features to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support quarterly production runs by monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
Diagnose defects and reduce technical debt while following best software engineering practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write high-quality, test-driven code with strong unit and integration test coverage.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong experience in Java Spring Boot, along with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, refactor systems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Pay Details: $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
