Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Ewing, NJ. The ideal candidate with experience leading end-to-end data migration initiatives, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data across enterprise systems.
Rate Range: $68/hour to $83/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end data migration activities including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems into Windchill and integrated platforms.
Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and successful system adoption.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical resources to support migration planning and execution activities.
Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with business and system requirements.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data migration issues while minimizing risks and ensuring project timelines are met.
Provide leadership, governance, and documentation throughout the migration lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition to the target environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or enterprise system implementation projects.
Strong expertise in Windchill PLM, data migration strategies, ETL processes, data mapping, and data validation methodologies.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, and managing large-scale migration projects from legacy systems to target platforms.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $83.00 per hour
